Jessica Storey is a freelance London-born womenswear designer, previously having worked at Christopher Kane, Paula Canovas del Vas, Miss Sohee and Michaela Stark. Her work illustrates her obsession with narrative, innovative textiles, playful fabrication techniques and sensory textures. Often combining historical personas with imaginative storytelling to produce deeply considered garments, layered with intricacy and character. She loves to work with a wide range of three-dimensional techniques, including laser cutting, 3D printing, casting, hand manipulation and creative embroidery. Her work aims to recontextualise both traditional and unconventional materials into contemporary garments which highlight her adoration for craft and sustainable practice.
